Our Board

Coady Pathways Inc is a company incorporated under the Incorporations Association Reform Act (Victoria) and is a registered cultural Charity under the ACNC. 

Each member of the Board has supported Australian performers in various ways such as ANAM, MSO, ACO, MCO, Melbourne and Lyric opera, OA, VicOpera. 

Meet the Board

  • COADY GREEN

    Artistic Director

    Coady is the Artistic Director of the annual fortyfivedownstairs Chamber Music Festival, and of the Tempo Queer Festival in Melbourne, also of the St George’s Friends of Music Series.

     He is on the Boards of fortyfivedownstairs, Her Majesty’s Theatre Ballarat, Lyric Opera Melbourne of the Lieder Society of Victoria.

  • MARGOT COSTANZO

    President

    Margot was a lawyer involved in events and training and became Vice-Chair of Professional Development for the International Bar Association. She scripted and presented many programs for 3mbs including Vocal Chords, Wednesday Night at the Opera and more than 30 hours of Illuminations. With Karen Van Spall, she was joint curator of 3mbs Dante 700 Festival. She was a director of 3mbs. 

  • GREGORY J REINHARDT AM

    Secretary

    Greg has been Executive Director of a body involved in judicial administration. He is a former President of the Richard Wagner Society Victoria. He is a Member of the Order of Australia.

  • CHRISTOPHER ARNOLD AM

    Board Member

    Public, private and not for profit organisations experience as an Accountant, business advisor, board member and 6 time CEO.

    Commissioning of 2 classical works by renowned Australian composer Elena Kats-Chernin (with Margot Costanzo). Previous board member of Melba Opera Trust, Australian World Orchestra , Melbourne Early Music, Philanthropy Australia and Australian Communities Foundation.

  • MIKI BROTZLER OIKAWA

    Treasurer & Communications

    Miki served two terms as President of the Richard Wagner Society Inc. and is a former board member of Lyric Opera. She is currently the Board Chair of IDPro, a global organisation for IAM professionals.  Miki is also a member of the Friends of Melbourne Opera committee.
